Shipping & Returns Policy
At Bellaparami, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience with reliable shipping and clear return guidelines.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
U.S. Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
- Standard International Shipping: 7–30 business days
Delivery times vary based on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
Final Sale Items
All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Incorrect Orders (Our Error)
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns for buyer error. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If a return is approved:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bellaparami is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL).
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal will be:
- Restocked upon return
- Issued as store credit (minus shipping fees)
- Subject to a $5 restocking fee
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local fees
If customs fees are refused:
- The package will be returned
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- A return fee of up to $150 may apply
